Financing Your New Smile: Payment Plans Explained

A healthy, complete smile is one of the most valuable assets you can possess. It affects your confidence, your diet, your professional image, and your overall health. However, we understand that high-quality dental implants are a significant investment.
At Dental Implants London, we believe financial constraints should never stand in the way of excellent health. That is why we have structured the most competitive pricing and flexible payment plans in the UK.
In this guide, we explain how you can spread the cost of your treatment, access 0% finance (subject to status), and why staying in the UK can make more sense than traveling to Turkey.
Our Implant Pricing
Let's talk numbers. The average cost of a single implant with a crown in London is between £2,900 and £4,000. At our clinic, the price is from £2,950 per tooth.
This price includes the surgery, the titanium implant, the abutment, AND a premium Zirconia crown. There are no hidden upgrades. Transparent pricing for high-quality, GDC-registered implant dentistry.
Option 1: 12 Months Interest-Free Finance (0% APR, subject to status)
If you want to spread the cost without paying a penny in interest, our 12-month plan is the perfect solution. You pay a deposit, and the balance is divided equally over the year.
Example Breakdown:
- Total Treatment Cost: from £2,950
- Deposit (Optional): £550
- Balance to Finance: £2,400
- Monthly Payment: £200 per month for 12 months.
- Total Interest Payable: £0
Spreading the balance interest-free over a year keeps your monthly outgoings predictable. This option is ideal for patients who want to manage cash flow without incurring extra costs.
Option 2: Low-Cost Finance (Up to 5 Years)
For larger treatment plans (like All-on-4 or multiple implants), you may want to reduce your monthly outgoings further. We offer extended payment plans over 24, 36, 48, or 60 months.
While these plans carry a small interest charge (typically 9.9% APR, subject to status), they make complex rehabilitation incredibly accessible.
Example: Full Arch All-on-4 (From £7,500)
- Instead of paying from £7,500 upfront, you could pay a deposit and then spread the rest over 5 years.
- Monthly payments could be as low as £150 - £180 per month.
- This allows you to enjoy your new smile immediately while paying for it comfortably over time.
Why 'Dental Tourism' No Longer Makes Sense
We often see patients tempted by ads for '£500 implants' in Turkey or Hungary. But when you do the maths, the savings are an illusion.
- Flights & Hotels: You need at least two trips (one for surgery, one for fitting teeth). That's 4 flights and 10-14 days of hotels. Estimated cost: £800 - £1,200.
- Time Off Work: Can you afford to take two weeks of annual leave just for dentistry? That is a hidden cost.
- Insurance: Standard travel insurance does NOT cover elective dental surgery abroad. If complications arise, you are on your own.
- Revision Risks: If a screw loosens or infection sets in after you return, UK dentists may not have the tools to fix foreign implant brands. Removal and replacement in the UK can cost £3,000+.
The Reality: A 'cheap' implant abroad often costs £2,000+ once travel is factored in, and typically comes with little or no aftercare if something goes wrong. Our implants are placed here in South Kensington, from £2,950 per tooth, with full UK-based care and support.
